"There is a lot of talk about diversity at Agilent. However, a quick glance at recent hires throughout the US organization - field and office, both - shows that this talk doesn't always extend into action. Take a look at the board. While the CEO expresses a focus on diversity, the reality doesn't line up with the words."

"I remember telling my previous manager about my pregnancy. I was nervous, but she couldn't be happier.. and she has supported me constantly. From a human perspective, but also professionally. I have been also put through an emerging leaders development program, because she truly believed in me.
Coming back to work has been tough for me. I also had a new manager... but again, I have been treated extremely fairly and I have been given the flexibility I need, which is helping me to do (very) well at work. I felt and feel supported. Consistently."

"The company, in general, appears to be conservative and leadership team is predominately dominated by men. Said this, I can see that things are changing and I personally found Agilent to be equal in the treatment of men and women. "
