"If you are in a global position and supporting a global team, the hours can be endless. When you are going to sleep, another part of the company is waking up and needs xyz from you. It can be difficult to find balance without the right manager supporting your balance."

"Tenure and loyalty are rewarded at AGS. If you put in the time there will be opportunities for you. Depending on your life outside of work, balance can be tough to find."

"AGS is making strides, but has a way to go. There are a lot of women leaders in Director roles, but executive roles still leave something to be desired. "

"Flexibility at AGS depends entirely on your manager. Their maternity leave is short term disability with a week of parental leave and some other options. At some levels there is an underlying expectation that you are checking your email, even n when you are off."
