This is a great place to work for women! Many on the executive leadership team are women; which is different from other organizations. These female leaders are role models for not only their daughters, but other other females within our business.

    Flexibility within the organization depends on the function/position and individual seeking flexibility. Some jobs do not lend themselves to flexible work arrangements and some personalities are not suited for it either. Flexibility within Amplifon Americas exists for positions that lend themselves to it and is given to high performing individuals. Essentially, if you deliver results, no one counts how many hours you are in your seat.
