Great culture that values work-life balance. Top leadership roles are held mostly by men, but the company is working very hard to mentor women and change that dynamic.

January 2017

How family friendly the job is depends greatly on the manager. There are some good family policies (maternity/paternity leave, health care), but hours and culture really are dependent on the team.

    12 paid / unpaid

The 12 paid weeks were all paid FMLA, with a mix of short-term disability, accrued paid FMLA (a benefit for all employees) and 6 weeks of paid maternity leave. Total of 12 with the ability to extend with PTO. There's an unwritten policy of not allowing additional unpaid leave after this time.

February 2016

I've worked here for a year and a half, and I would say that women and men are treated equally, although there are more men in leadership roles. There's no maternity leave policy, and no mentorship from either male or female higher ups. Otherwise, I think it's a pretty solid place to work.

November 2015

I was consistently paid less than male peers and never given the same titles in the same positions with equal qualifications, even after several promotions. The experience was valuable, but never make the mistake of believing the leadership, which is predominantly male, values you, they will lie to you. The French HQ employees engage in habits like sitting in the cafeteria and oogling their female coworkers and don't seem to believe females can be successful especially in tech. While not as overt in the states, this mentality trickles down. There is not much for female executive leadership, this is important as the executive leadership that exists is heavy handed and very involved.
