"There is lots of bureaucracy working at AT&T. Just because your thoughts and ideas are logical doesn't mean anyone will listen to you. If you are based out of a headquarters location (Dallas) you have more chances of being promoted. Working from home appears to be frowned upon because senior management can't take the time to read & comprehend emails, they prefer "water cooler talks" in passing. "
