"Be prepared for the old fashioned ‘Old Boys Network’ - it’s alive and well. But there are pci,ets of fairness, the CFO for example personally seems to be without bias. Sexual harassment and workplace intimidation complaints may not be taken seriously or acted upon - it’s very inconsistent. Even when widespread. Although there are ones that are."

"Corporate policies give up to 1 year - unpaid of course - leave. Seems to be available to women or men. However, if you elect any part of this, the rest of your career is compromised."

"AT&T promotes people with confidence over people with competence. If you are an expert at what you are doing, you can still see people who have done the right networking get promoted before you, with an emphasis on business "bros"."

"Not sexually harass women and then actively work to cover it up and withhold pay. Also, making the victim transfer hours away from their home with no compensation all while interviewing the perpetrator for a promotion. All while having the women of the company work to find out what the victim was saying in order to begin the cover up and loss of evidence."

"The turn over rate is so high because they are short staffed and make people work horrible hours, and go to pointless mandatory meetings at 7am when they don't work until 10am. Not understanding when it comes to family emergencies, sicknesses, deaths in family, weather conditions, doctors appointments, nothing. Having no work life balance is the only way to get through this job."
