"Your experience will depend heavily on the team you’re on. Some are better than others. Our female leaders are not fantastic role models. Don’t expect too much and you won’t be let down."

"I would most likely not recommend other women work here. Our leadership team is very heavily male and until very recently, not very diverse. Leadership is not focused and priorities change so quickly you’ll be surprised not to have whiplash. There is a lot of turnover at the top as well and from the outside it appears to be politically motivated."

"The benefits are decent, the pay is OK, but honestly the politics are not worth it. You will have to claw for any recognition or career growth. The politics are toxic, exhausting and on top of that there is no work/life balance. I've seen managers work crazy hours to get projects done alone because they aren't allowed to expand their team along with the expansion of responsibilities. "
