"The company offers flex time, where you can accumulate a couple of minutes for each day and then take either 2 half days or 1 full day off every month. Avon Products, Inc also allows you to start work anywhere from 7AM-9AM and end your shift from 4PM-6PM."

"Offers a flexible work policy including working from home and compressed work schedule. There are still variations in how it's applied depending on who your boss is. Work needed to improve maternity and paid time off. "

"Good old boys club exists even though it boasts being the company for women. No corporate policy on flex time but up to individual managers so in some departments it is acceptable and in others not."
