"Generally flexible workplace with respect for those with families - women fall off in leadership roles though markedly and sometimes the women who are in the mid-range leadership roles feel like a "box being checked." Bayer is open and aware though of the lower representation of women in the c-suite but I haven't seen any actual corrective action."
