"If you are a person of color, this is not the place for you. The consumer goods department was appalling when it came to reviewing commercials for diversity, would pass others work off as their own, and fails to mentor and nurture diverse talent. If you are a favorite of white senior person, you might make it but not worth the mental gymnastics of trying to stay afloat. 10/10 would not recommend "

"Generally flexible workplace with respect for those with families - women fall off in leadership roles though markedly and sometimes the women who are in the mid-range leadership roles feel like a "box being checked." Bayer is open and aware though of the lower representation of women in the c-suite but I haven't seen any actual corrective action."

"Work-wise, generally very equal in how the genders are treated. Yet, there tends to be a leaning towards giving women the stereotypical feedback of "softening" their approach"

"No women in C suite positions. Hard to move ahead as a woman. "
