"BDO is very outspoken about how work-life balance is amazing because of "BDO Flex" and while I agree it's a good policy on paper, not all management is supportive when you use it. There can be very long hours here and sometimes it feels like hitting at least 50 hours a week is more important than work-life balance that is so widely touted. Gender equality feels good here and compensation is good as long as you ask for it up-front."
