"Maybe it would be good for working mother's if you had family nearby, but there was little to no flexibility regarding working from home, doctor's appointments. Sitting at your desk and not leaving early were the norm and anything else was frowned upon. Very little time off in general."

"The flexibility involved flex scheduling by one half hour. But you could not leave early, you could not work from home, and business was open during state of emergencies. They didn't care about things you had to do outside of work. The culture didn't foster flexibility."

"Maternity leave is paid 66% of your salary for 8 weeks (vaginal delivery) / 12 weeks (c-section). You can add NJFMLA on top for an extra 12 weeks of unpaid leave. "
