"Because it's a tech/electronics industry, women are seen as having less knowledge by colleagues AND customers. You'll have to work twice as hard as the male employees to succeed on the sales floor."

"The company as a whole was great! Individual stores maybe different, but I enjoyed my time there. I left because they changed the bonus structure where my dept. would be taking a MAJOR pay cut."
