"My director is generous when it comes to giving time off/leaving early. They are also very accepting of working overtime. However, I often have to stay late because we are not in ratio for me to leave at the scheduled time. "

"Gender diversity is a non-issue at Bright Horizons. There are at least as many female leaders as male, if not more, and they represent across all functional areas. I've never experienced or witnessed a single situation in which a women was not heard heard or respected because of her gender. All you have to do to be respected at Bright Horizons is to be your authentic self."
