"Men get promoted and its a boys club. You will see a few women in ULM but they serve as tokens. The backbone of the work is driven by the women who work there, and of whom remain underpaid, undervalued and overworked. "

"There is great parental leave and health benefits. The people who work at BSR are brilliant and care a lot about women's equality and empowerment. There is still some work to do to be internally consistent with exteranl stances on gender equality, which includes difficult conversations about long-tenured senior leaders (most of whom are white men) and investing in a diversity program for BSR itself.
