"Businessolver empowers you to be your best self and often times for women that is a challenge.
More importantly, I find that the more open and honest I was about my strengths and where I had blinders, I was able to grow and help other find the same to fuel their growth. "

"Businessolver is a great place to be. More importantly, their DE&I focus supports the growth of not just gender equity but ensuring that there is diversity, equity and inclusion for all. I have witness personally a focus on walking the talk.
In addition, flexibility is defined by work life integration. Especially during COVID-19 disruption, everyone's balance was different. Businessolver has embraced that from what I see. "

"I have had an amazing experience working at Businessolver my entire career thus far. I started as an intern and have been given the tools, resources and leadership investment to grow into a director position, where I am today. I have the flexibility needed as a young, full-time working mother of 2 young children to be away when I need to and be fully at work when I need to be as well.
I won't lie to you, Businessolver is a high-performance culture that often requires a lot of it's employees. However, the leadership I have been lucky enough to have and get to know have understood my need for balance and flexibility with children and has always done what was needed to accommodate my needs. For women looking to grow their careers under other great female leaders in technology, Businessolver is a wonderful place to find a home."

"Great employer for women with tons of opportunities for growth and promotion within. There is a lot of work so the work/life integration is something for mothers to consider when accepting a position, but there is also a lot of flexibility, depending on your role. "

"Make sure you meet with SENIOR leadership before accepting a role. If they are not interested or available in meeting, they are not committed to your program and therefore you will not be able to be successful. Lots of great people join and leave within a year. These are not the inner circle. Meet with the people that have been there for 5 plus years. For me, if I had done that, I would have never taken the role. "

"If you are planning to have children soon, don't work here. They don't have a good maternity leave policy and the hours are crazy. During Annual Enrollment (the insurance busy season) 10 hour days are mandatory as are most Saturdays. This schedule runs from October - December. This time is also considered a vacation blackout season. If you have children you will deal with the same problems. Getting time off for appointments etc. can be nearly impossible."
