"Women are constantly pushed out and ignored at this firm. Because of the "free market" staffing system, women do not have as many opportunities and as a result, are much more likely to have to take work nobody else wants. Female associates are regularly excluded from social events and looped out of deals. I even had the experience of my entire team having a meeting about an ongoing deal and the two female associates on the deal were left out of the meeting. Sexual harassment is part of the culture at this firm and management does nothing to address the issue. Women rarely make partner and the firm does not value a diverse board of directors. "
