"Camden values work-life balance, however, if you are on-site, a work-life balance is pretty much nonexistent due to the length of days you may work. The typical work week is from Saturday to Friday so you will have two days off but then you may work six or eight days straight. The only benefit is sometimes you can have four day weekends without using vacation time, which isn't something that happens on a regular basis. The on-site hours are from 9am to 6pm by the time you get home and handle home life its time to prepare for work the next day. Also Camden is open on the weekend from 10am to 5pm including Sunday, this is especially difficult for Leasing Consultants who are required to work majority of the weekends in the month. "
