"High performance is expected. Lots of flexibility but workload is high and complex. Great place to learn in times of change and will push you to extend your thinking cross functionally. Expect to learn outside of your core skills in order to get work done in light of massive transformation across functional teams. "

"The global pandemic has had a significant influence on Carrier in terms of workplace agility, especially for non-manufacturing professionals. The corporate perspective on workplace flexibility and leader empathy toward human needs has been quite strong. "
