"The schedule is incredibly lenient, however, the product direction and focus is incredibly lacking and leadership (which is mostly male) doesn't listen to others in the company."

"The culture and policies make for a very flexible work-life balance but there are very few women in the company to begin with and very few are promoted or treated as senior."
