"This place is a rare gem. There are many women in leadership, including Engineering, with WOC and LGBTQ* represented. There's a high value placed on empathy, and they actively avoid hiring jerks. There's a strong culture of flexibility around work hours. You're specifically encouraged to block off time for family obligations, therapy, exercise, rest, whatever, and that time is respected. If you need a non-traditional schedule, as long as it works with the team, that's fine. I'm also frequently encouraged to take PTO and discouraged from working overtime. It's remote-first, with staff all over the US. There is an office in NYC, but it's entirely optional.
Overall, just a culture of treating staff like fully human adults. It's so good."

"The schedule is incredibly lenient, however, the product direction and focus is incredibly lacking and leadership (which is mostly male) doesn't listen to others in the company."
