"Comcast offers two versions of paid parental leave. 12 weeks paid for the primary caregiver and 2 weeks paid leave for the non-primary caregiver. The primary caregiver has additional options after the 12 weeks to choose up to an additional 4 weeks unpaid, or 4 weeks part time in order to phase back into work. "
