"Offer more fertility benefit options to match other technology companies especually for women that are putting career first and wanting to utilize fertility preservation. The job can be stressful which could potentially cause issues with successful preservation. There should be more than just 2 opportunities for women in technology. It should be unlimited."

"While I'd say there's still some inequality at the highest levels of leadership, the company is taking steps to improve this as well as hire a diverse workforce across all levels. I remain optimistic.
The workforce itself is very family oriented with a significant amount having families themselves.

"I'm still pregnant so haven't taken leave yet. They did introduce a new policy that went into effect last year that drastically improved what they offered to new moms and dads"
