"Lots of interesting job opportunities and ability to move around internally. Great benefits (major service discounts, good amount of time off). Lots of effort put into work culture and events through Employee Resource Groups. As a woman, it is heavily male-dominated from a leadership perspective. Some women have to fight and push for promotions and pay increases but have also seen some breeze through promotion after promotion in no time (usually up to about Director level, then slows). "

"Work varies based on the flow from the customer, so you may be hired full time but be sent home after 2 or 3 hours. This can be a major setback during the initial phase of your employment and cause you to lose money if you are travelling from out of town. The training is not actual training, it consists of listening to someone read word for word from a guide, then you follow the same guide when performing the task. The guides are often vague and not graspable as important facts of processing are just 'known' by those who've worked there long enough. Comments made by long term workers portray this is a trend flowing from upper management and ownership. On numerous occasions local management was heard discussing and being critical of personal and health details of employees to other employees. Make sure to keep your personal life personal. The only feedback you will get is if you do something wrong or perceived as wrong. You are expected to walk in, sit down and commence work without any social chit chat and continue throughout the day in silence. You work autonomously side by side with other workers under cameras and microphones, including the hallways. Every single thing you do, will be timed and logged. This is not a socially happy place. That being said, the work itself can be enjoyable if you like your project and are a quiet and introverted person. Hearing impaired and depressed people seem to do well here. A device with good audiobooks, music or podcasts will make the time a lot more enjoyable. Speed and accuracy are critical, it can help to increase your data entry speed. Although the company is willing to send parts of the work to overseas processing centers, they will not allow work from home options. The majority of the office setup is aesthetically pleasing and ergonomically uncomfortable. Many of the workers have injuries related to the long-term RSI aspects of the job. I would not recommend this job unless; you like to be left alone, you like to follow strict guidelines, you like to be sedentary and indoors, you prefer minimal interaction with other people."
