"It's a great learning experience if you're looking for a start-up type of environment where you will be able to wear multiple hats. The stakes aren't high because the business is established and clientele is loyal, so you can test new skills and take small risks with new programs and ideas. However, compensation, benefits, vacation time, and flexibility are slim. They overwork their staff to avoid new hires and save money, since the learning curve is high and budget is low. This results in burnout and low morale. Proceed with caution. "
