"Be ready to work really hard and the stress of dealing with demanding clients. In financial services group there a lot more men than women, there are a lot fewer women in senior manager level."

"Great benefits, depending on the team good flexibility but you can be asked a lot of especially by clients which means you’re not always protected from demands on time out of hours etc. Due to my team being largely men / no primary care givers makes it difficult to see life with a family "
