"The maternity and paternity leave can't be beat at Deloitte, and most project teams are pretty flexible. Unfortunately, even with flexibility the hours can get in the way of work life balance."

"The flexibility depends greatly on the project. If you are on a local or internal/virtual project, you have a lot of flexibility. If you are on a M-Th travel project, your flexibility may be much more limited so there are some extremes."

"The maternity policy is ridiculously generous. Your benefits are still covered, and you even still accrue PTO. The policy is 16 weeks family leave, plus the usual 8 weeks FMLA, then you can tack on whatever PTO you have onto that as well. The only down side is that anything beyond your leave starts to count against your utilization. "
