"Actively seek out partners who have families and care about work life balance if that is important to you. Look for mentors who are living lives that you would like to live as well."

"Deloitte has excellent parental leave and flexibility if you can find the right positions for it; however, in consulting, if you are on a client, expect to have very little flexibility & predictability unless your senior leadership makes it a priority. I was lucky to have partners who cared about the teams, but not everyone is. For this inconsistency, I don't recommend Deloitte for flexibility."
