"Meritocracy, if you perform, deliver, you will be recognized. However, given the traditional on-site culture leading to weekly travel, it is challenging balancing work/life. "

"Great place to grow skills. You end up dedicated entire life to the job. Great perks but nearly impossible to have young children and be a consultant. "

"There are great perks and a lot of respect for women at Deloitte. There is probably a job for everyone here, however, consulting requires long hours and limited flexibility so you have to make sure the job you are looking for will meet your daily needs. "
