"In my 18 year career I have had a variety of flexible schedules including work from home, 80% (4 days/week), 80% (5 days/week 8-3pm), and 100% with flex schedule. I've had near total support in making the arrangements that work for me. I should note that I am in a non-client facing role so this is easier to do than if I were in a client-facing role."
