"I think the makes active efforts to promote women to senior roles. The maternity leave is very generous. In the consulting practice though I feel that the requirements for travel are unfriendly for parents (of either gender). The practice promotes "flexibility and predictability" but this larger depends on your manager and most consulting projects still require weekly travel Monday - Thursday. This is part of the reason I have decided to leave consulting. The firm has lots of benefits but I feel there is a very particular "type" of people here that are mostly type A personalities. I have felt due to this it is hard to fit in with others at times."

"I have worked here for a year and while there are lots of women here, many do decide to leave the firm after 3-5 years. Management is dominated by males, which can make it harder for girls to get onto engagement teams. Expect long hours without any notice, and no set long-term schedule."
