"I have worked here for a year and while there are lots of women here, many do decide to leave the firm after 3-5 years. Management is dominated by males, which can make it harder for girls to get onto engagement teams. Expect long hours without any notice, and no set long-term schedule."

"I have been with the company for over 20 years. They will be fair and as flexible as you articulate you need. Work/Life balance is yours to own. I have stayed in client facing roles for the entire time, including after having 2 children, becoming divorced, and being a single mom (one with a great support network)."
