"Solid maternity leave (compared to other companies in this field) but no tuition reimbursement for my position. Requires strong work ethic and near type-A personality to thrive. Very competitive environment. However, I am an introvert with social aptitude and I am doing very well. Work/life balance can be challenging when you have kids/school/FT work, but not impossible."

I find myself treated equally with my peers and enjoy the camaraderie that is present in peer groups and encouraged by project leaders. Due to the project nature of the consulting world, traveling is generally required, which is beginning to wear on me.
