"I'm fairly new but can tell you that you MUST like networking and social gatherings to make it. There are always dinners, get-togethers and other obligations that may not be required but are ultimately expected. If you are not a millenial, you may not enjoy the constant social aspect of the job, otherwise it is a great place to work and I would recommend it!"

It's still a client service company, so there are going to be limitations with respect to flexibility... if you want that, you'll likely have to sacrifice some things (particular client roles, etc.).
