"I think women try to make it work in this company and have kids but its hard to maintain that lifestyle of being a partner and traveling nonstop. They try to support if you have built the right network but ultimately if you aren't neglecting your personal life you can't get ahead. Don't even try switching offices or tracks within the company without putting in a ton of extra effort and don't be surprised if they deny you."

"Success here is largely based on perceptions and relationships. Therefore it is important to be willing to continually develop relationships in order to build your reputation and credibility. In the first couple years, it is easy to get ahead based on intelligence and hard work but after a while the relationships become more and more important."
