"I think Dish has a great culture, in terms of women in leadership roles and I feel that they are very inclusive of all people. However, their benefits, such as health benefits, maternity and paternity leave, time off, work from home opportunities, (the list goes on and on) do not reflect their rhetoric. Their bottom line is saving the company money. I stay with the company because I use my partners benefits, otherwise I would look elsewhere. "

"I have learned a lot throughout my time at Dish, and I have been able to advance my career from supervisor in the call center to a Sr Manager in the corporate office. There are many stories like mine, but overall I have found Friends, leadership support and a lot of smart people that challenge me. "

"While DISH requires employees to work on site (no formal remote or hybrid policy), managers have ability to allow remote work at their discretion. I've never faced issues balancing life and work based the in-office work policy. "

"For a tech company, their benefits are a bit behind the times. I would love to see them update policies and benefits to match or exceed the current market. That being said, it may be one of the reasons they’re still in business (saving on employee costs) when many paid tv companies are struggling. "
