Hostile working environment, women are treated as inferiors who are expected to make coffee and bend over backward for the boss. An uneducated car salesman, with a power trip who likes to boss around women who he feels threatened by.

Look carefully at who your direct supervisor and chain of command will be. Research those people on LinkedIn. There are good women leaders at TIAA and if you're lucky enough to get in one of their departments and even become mentored by them, you'll have a very good experience.
