"Overall, there's a lot of room for career growth and development. Enova has taken intentional strides to make DEI part of their strategy and culture. They're committed to continuing to show up to support a culture of belonging."

"I've been really happy throughout my time at Enova. I've found leaders are genuinely invested in my growth and career, and the culture is top-notch. Team members are also trusted with a lot of ownership and autonomy, and I feel like I've been able to work on high-impact projects the entire time I've been here. "

"The team is collaborative and many men and women with and without families have flexible arrangements that fit their lives. It's a great place to work, great teams working together to solve interesting problems that face OnDeck. There is a lack of diversity in leadership. The team should work to promote women to address this issue."

"While the gender ratio is not equal, it's close to 35% women, which is OK (not great), but they are doing some things and are committed to turn this around, and actively know it's an important challenge to address. Not just in recruiting new hires, but in leadership roles as well. There should be better gender parity in 1-2 years. maybe not fully equal yet, but going in the right direction. "
