"Equinix offers a compassionate workplace. It's not perfect, of course, as there seems to be a lack of standardization across ways of working. That said, it's pretty magical and I'm beginning to wonder if it's the general sense of accountability that I see among employees that sustains the organization."

"The people overall are amazing on a global level. You will create friendships all over the world. There is a Women's ERG group that puts on great events. Equinix is very fast paced and if you are in a global role that can be hard to adjust to and finding work/life balance especially with the demand of calls and feeling like it's expected to always being on video. "The company understands and celebrates family and life balance. On a biweekly basis we have calls to bring to light that we are all juggling life in addition to work and that we should make family first. The executives here care and the company has the right vision for success. I feel that women are treated equally here and no one has ever said a negative thing about having three kids show up on zoom calls. Most people want to say hi to the kids. It's an amazing place to be."
"Equinix is a fabulous company. We stand for inclusion, diversity and belonging. Our culture drives our business and it is the most refreshing work environment I have been part of in my career."
"I feel valued and have found that this company cares for me and my family. We are a team here and I truly am blessed to have this job."
"Equinix's forward looking movement towards intersectional equality is demonstrated in their messaging, but also in their actions. Changing the structural inequities takes time, but Equinix has been striving towards diversity, inclusion, and belonging for quite some time, and there is evidence everywhere."
"I came to Equinix 9 yrs. ago after taking some time to stay home with my kids. Equinix has given me the opportunity to have a flex schedule to help accommodate my kids schedule and that's very important to me."
"Equinix provides open communication with their employees and has the pulse on what we need. They don't just talk about work life balance they implement practices to assist all of us."
"At Equinix I truly feel supported as a woman and as an individual. There is room for growth and the supportive work culture makes working at Equinix such a positive experience. Our Equinix Women's Leadership Network also provides a sense of community for women to belong in the tech industry."
"We work hard to have a culture of getting to be you. Which includes being able to support women outside work as well as inside."

"Equinix is an amazing place for female employees. The company is very in tune with the challenges women face and is always trying to manage work/ life balance. "
"Work life balance is fantastic. The culture is amazing. Come work with us!"
"There are very specific actionable goals of increasing the number of women who work in all functions especially Ops and Tech, promoting women into leadership, and increasing the number of women on the board. "
"Definitely find someone in the department you are considering to find out about the experience there specifically. It's probably a good place if you are a fresh grad and appreciate a lot of oversight and lots of layers of management and involvement. If you are an experienced professional, you will find the amount of micromanagement and # of managers (direct and dotted line) to be frustrating, and this I hear about from not just my own department, it is pervasive. For example down to being told to change the subject line of an e-mail, or having a simple announcement rewritten and requiring approval by multiple people. "

"As always, your career is something you have to manage but Equinix is very open culture and management is responsive. One just needs to be very clear on your goals. Training is also available and encouraged. "
"Equinix has a culture like no other. Women are celebrated and encouraged to grow and develop. This is a company that is accelerating to new heights and there are many opportunities for all. I am extremely happy working at Equinix and would highly recommend to anyone I know. "
"Our leadership believes in women leaders, and does a fantastic job with inclusion not only for women, but for all diversity, inclusion and belonging. They promote "I'm safe, I belong, and I matter" and the support behind it all is like nothing I have every experienced. This company doesn't just post a motto on the wall, this company actually lives the culture and values that they promote! The Magic of Equinix is the real thing!"

"Highly collaborative workplace; women increasing in executive positions; very supportive of Diversity and Inclusion; strong formalized women's network (Equinix Women's Leadership Network); beginning to see more women in technical IT and Operations roles; great industry position and considered an essential service globally; fast growing and moving company which can be both challenging and rewarding"

"The one thing that surprised me the most about working at Equinix is that they not only are a great run company, but they also have a heart. And I've seen that heart grow over time. It started with mindfulness and vulnerability but now it has grown into an entire #inserviceto culture. "

"Joining Equinix 5 years ago was one of the best career decision that I have ever made. I feel that Equinix values my contributions and is giving me the opportunity to drive change for our organization. Equinix walks the walk about valuing diversity and encouraging people to step up and cultivating our talent pools. Every company has their challenges and Equinix does too - but overall my job satisfaction is very high."

"Equinix is a great company to work for. Most of the E-team members are amazing. The culture is great, and there is a lot of flexibility in terms of work hours etc, which is very helpful to me not just as a working mom, but as a person who has other priorities in life. Health is a huge priority for me, and the company promotes that as well. Overall, great company to work for, however, there are always opportunities to improve. The company is taking Diversity and Inclusion very seriously, and I hope we make some needed changes/educate people with respect to that. "

"What an amazing place to work! So supportive and welcoming. Equinix supports me while I am completing my master's degree enabling me to complete important research at work; its a win-win for me and for Equinix! The culture of Equinix makes this possible. Being so open, encouraging, and welcoming, I was able to talk to high up executives as easily as I speak with my coworkers. I am treated with respect and cheered on by everyone I interact with. My work has meaningful impacts and it's exciting to see how what I do makes a difference in our company's growth. Bottom line: this company ROCKS!!!"

"I really like being at Equinix. My job title is not exactly what I hoped for, however there is a lot of opportunity here. My boss supports me getting involved in projects outside of my job's scope, and also my personal development. "
"This is my 4th year at Equinix and I really am happy. Like any company, there have been some less satisfying times but I've found a role and team now that is a great fit. I like the people at Equinix. It's a mid-sized company so I feel like get to know a lot of people at different levels.. My job is engaging and because the company is growing fast, I'm constantly scaling what I do, exploring new things and building out new programs. I'm very excited about our new "ish" CEO Charles Meyers. He is leading our business to grow and scale for continued success. And he's true and committed to driving our diversity and inclusion philosophy as a company. As in most tech companies you team as a lot to do with your satisfaction. I also really enjoy the EWLN -women's network - we do a lot of programs via zoom so I meet interesting women all over the country. "
"You'll find very supportive teams at Equinix, whether it's within your own department or out, people are collaborative around a larger purpose. "
