"Although the highest level of leadership is all White hetero men, they've been working hard to have more diversity in the company as well as in leadership and publishes the metrics internally for transparency. "

"8 weeks of paid; then 4 more unpaid I believe. There's also Short Term Disability for 6 weeks - I'm not sure how that all calculates together. The benefit starts Day 1 and is for both paternal and maternal leave. "

"There are a lot of women working at Excella but they aren't enough women in leadership roles. At the partner level it's all male and not diverse. And I haven't seen too many mid-level women advance, instead they've all started to leave."
