Stay away from the creative department. It's a boys club across the board and women are penalized not matter how hard they work or how many pitches and awards they win.

Family is first at Fifty & Five and that creates a comfortable working environment as a Mom. I do not have to worry about losing out on a promotion or raise because I have to take sick days to take care of my kids or occasionally work from home.
