"Like most companies, there are some bad apples that work here. However, the majority of folks I've interacted and worked with are kind, caring, and helpful - men and women alike. There are some small changes that could be made to improve the culture and environment (e.g., better maternity leave policies/options), but overall, I've been very happy working here and I have not felt diminished or minimized by my superiors, man or woman. It's a really nice, flexible environment. In my opinion the main downside is the location, as it is situated in a very traditional small town far from most metropolitan amenities."
