"Findly is a great company and the future looks promising here. And the best thing about is the people, especially women leaders we do have are supportive and care. We need more women leaders but ones we have are the reason to stay and recruit more women."

"Women are given leadership roles and an equal voice. Maternity leave is not paid but your job can be held for an extended leave."
