"Great place to work! They are all about Women in Leadership roles and Women in IT. Very diverse and inclusive environment and the opportunity for growth is tremendous! It truly is a "People First" environment and they really go above and beyond to create a First American Family feel!"

"Women are strongly represented in leadership role in the technology organization, sales and HR. Progress may be needed in other areas. Diversity & Inclusion are a focus but the company leadership is actively engaged in listening and learning mode right now to understand the employee population better. Leadership has integrity and is committed to people, even in times of crisis. The company is evolving and it feels great to be able to be proud of that."

"Be prepared to work without much appreciation & to be stressed every day of the week. I was told that they don't advance internal employees but instead choose to hire from the outside. "

"Worked in a local office & although the hours were 8:30-5 the underlying expectation was that we'd work until wee hours (some people worked (4am-5pm) to keep ahead. There was also an underlying stigma against anyone who left the office for lunch or who to"
