"It was one of the most horrible place I have ever worked in my career. They give 10 days of vacation days and you need to plan your vacation 1-2 month in advance. I felt sick going to office. I would advise all women to stay away from this place. Its dominated by men who have absolutely no respect for women. People are not encouraged to work from home, their time in office is also tracked. My manager was a bully here who would yell at me, scream at me for leaving work at 6PM. Their year end bonus is also a joke. My offer letter stated 15-20% of my basic pay and I was given $1000 dollar as my year end bonus."

"I've found that a lot of managers act flirtatiously towards the women they or their team manages, sometimes inappropriately in my opinion. I've been told not to be so friendly because I was giving the manager "ideas", while we were having a friendly conversation. "

"My location is half composed of CCO (Call Center Organization) and there's very little flexibility for those employees. Higher up, there's more flexibility and support I think, but it's almost impossible to get that type of support as an hourly worker."
