"The work from home (and soon to be hybrid) environment and the new flex PTO policy allows for a great work-life balance. They are focused on quality work being done and not micro-managing your workday. All the employees and managers have been welcoming and extremely helpful in the 5 months I have been here. They are also focused on constant learning, growth and development within the company. I have enjoyed working here so much! "

"It can be a challenge, depending on who you work for/what department you're in. There are awesome groups and great/smart people to work with, but be prepared to be the only woman or one of few women in certain departments. "

"Forcepoint is growing at a very fast pace, which makes sense since it is in tech and then in the cybersecurity space. Given that, there are so many opportunities to make substantial impacts here and grow your career. My experience is that if you have a good idea, it is listened to - you're encouraged to make changes happen for the betterment of the company. The transparency I have experienced here is refreshing. "

"If you can get past the good old boy ethic, it's very flexible, people are like family but not in the dysfunctional up in your business treat you badly family way, but in the "we care about people because we actually like them" kind of way."
