"The male dominated management is misogynistic, passive-aggressive, and refuses to listen. The women visible in management are the classic, stab-you-in-the back kind who climb over the bodies of other women lawyers to get more attention and a bigger piece of the pie. There is no diversity here and no interest in improving diversity. Staff is treated like property. 95% of the lawyers insist there are no problems here, because they don't listen. The attrition among women is huge but management always blames the woman who left, and never asks what could have been done to keep her as a productive member of the firm. A more smug and less aware environment is hard to imagine. "
