"- Corporate culture is extremely flexible, and very supportive of women who choose not to have kids, and women who have kids. My last manager was promoted while she was on maternity leave due to her performance before she went
- Health insurance is pretty great and no one ever dings you for using the unlimited time off
- I have had more female managers than male and have not seen any difference in how they're treated in 7 years"

Fathers do not get the medical recovery so they receive the 12 weeks 100% paid parental bonding time"

"Certain departments are better than others when it comes to work-life balance. The values and benefits align well to a diverse team of people. There are women in leadership but still need to work on more diversity. Company with good intentions that is mostly doing the work to support the workforce."

"I cannot say more positive things about my time at GoDaddy so far. I am recognized for what I do well and am rewarded with opportunities to continue growing in my career here. I have found a fantastic mentor/sponsor and love the flexible work culture - including the great benefits package.
