"Expect to be held to a different standard than your male co-workers and to face significantly more hurdles in your career development. Career paths and reasons for being/not being promoted are very opaque."

"Grubhub is great in general. I would say it matched the lowest common denominator as far as flexibility and time off for mothers as other tech companies. I think they should do better than other companies though. Promote more women! Some of us do the same or more work in half the amount of time as our male counterparts who don't have or have to watch children!"

"Most of the people who work here will give you the respect you deserve but there are a few people who don't. If you complain about their behavior, no action is taken. I had to switch teams to get away from it but my new team is amazing so I can't complain. I know of other women who left the company because of the way they were treated though"

"I have been with Grubhub for almost 3 years, and I am still excited to come to work. I am constantly challenged, and producing meaningful work that is making an impact on the company. In addition, I have had a variety of opportunities that have allowed me to grow both personally and professionally."
