"I would recommend working at GXO, as the business is growing at an exceptional rate and there's a lot of room for professional growth & development. Those of us who have worked here for over a year have seen a lot of change - but our culture is shifting in a better direction and I am excited to see where it goes. There are many empowered, intelligent female leaders in different sectors of the business - you will not have a hard time finding a mentor or role model to support you!"
