Unfortunately, the leadership roles more often have gone to “on paper qualified” individuals, but lack in leading first with the company’s vision, mission, and culture. It sadly can spoil a great workplace and team members under such leadership lose their platform of excelling in their careers and what is ultimately lost as a result is the driving force and what this entire industry is built on- providing an individualized experience for guests that is of the highest quality of hospitality.
