"Hilton has a lot of focus on Diversity and Inclusion and ultimately Belonging. in EMEA the focus is mostly on Gender Balance. While there is a lot that can still be done to reach that balance in the Hospitality Industry, Hilton is really seeing it as a top priority, understands the business value of diversity and it's a key agenda item from CEO to GM. "
