Hilton is an amazing place to work! The culture is great! There is so much energy and passion here and everyone (male or female) is given the opportunity to move up and move around. I have seen people move from department to department while moving up vs having to start over. Hilton truly cares about it's Team Members and understands that if we are happy, our guests will be happy!

Human Resources, especially the recruitment department, allows a ton of flexibility! Our senior leader always says "Work is what you do, not where you are". We have the ability to set our own schedules, work remotely when needed and are encouraged to take time off. Many of the working mothers in our department work remotely the majority of the time and only come in for meetings and special events.

Hilton respects all cultures and genders. Unlike past jobs Hilton has always treated me with the same respect as men. I feel that Hilton is genuinely interested in bettering each employee personally and professionally. I would highly recommend Hilton to women.

There are lots of opportunities for career development here. If you work hard, are a team player, and let the right people know where you want to go in your career, you can go far.

Being a mother of two and having the chance to completely freely decide if I work remote or drive into the office has a great value. I manage to organize my personal and private life and still reach all my profesionnal goals. This is a great value

Hospitality has traditionally been a male-dominated field (whether it's ownership of actual hotels or employee makeup of a hospitality company) and it can sometimes feel like a boys club. That's changing slightly but important to keep that in mind as you work on projects and learn about the company.
